At Greenbrier, our Core Value of Respect for People extends beyond the workplace and into the communities where our employees live and work. One of the ways we bring that value to life is through our ongoing partnership with Habitat for Humanity, helping create safe and affordable housing for families and individuals working toward a brighter future.
Recently, Greenbrier employees in Oregon participated in another Habitat for Humanity build day in southwest Portland, volunteering their time and energy to erect walls and supports in homes that will make a lasting difference for local families. From transporting materials to driving nails, our team worked side by side in service of a shared goal: creating an opportunity for others to thrive. These volunteer efforts reflect our belief that every person deserves dignity, stability and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for the future.
That belief reaches beyond Oregon, and is shown by our teams across the country. Greenbrier employees have also participated in Habitat for Humanity build days in Omaha, Nebraska and San Antonio, Texas. By investing our time and talents in the communities we serve, we help strengthen neighborhoods while building connections with one another.
