- A direct line to us — your reports and feedback go to the top of the queue.
What we ask of you
- Use it. Set your home station, log a journey in Train Miles, add a sighting in My Spotting — the more you use, the more useful your feedback.
- Report anything broken or confusing. Use the “Report a problem” button on any page (bottom-right) or reply to any email — it reaches us directly, with the page and browser attached.
- Tell us what you want next. Feature requests and rough edges are exactly what we are here for.
- Follow the community rules and Content Standards — the same rules everyone agrees to when they join.
- Keep it fair. Founding Tester places and the free year are personal and non-transferable; one per person. Keep your account secure.
- Be patient. It is a soft launch — some things are polished, some are not; we ship fast and your patience helps.
The terms, briefly
- The Founding Tester year of Supporter is free, non-transferable and has no cash value, and runs for 12 months from when you claim it.
- Founding Tester status may be withdrawn for abuse, spam or breaching the Content Standards.
- We handle your data per our Privacy Policy; we may email you about the platform during the founding period (you can manage this in your account).
- Places are first come, first served and capped at 20 — once they are gone, new members join the waitlist.
