Delay Repay Claims — Helper Notice
_Last updated: 30 September 2026_
LopoRail provides a tool to help you prepare a Delay Repay claim.
This notice explains what the tool is — and what it is not.
1. We are not the scheme
1.1 Delay Repay is a compensation scheme operated by train operators, not
by LopoRail. We are a drafting aid: we help you assemble the facts
of a delayed journey into a claim you can submit.
1.2 We never submit a claim for you. You submit your claim through the
operator's own process, and the claim is yours.
1.3 Scheme details (eligible delays, compensation, deadlines) are **seeded
from operators' public terms and are indicative**. Operators change their
terms — always check the operator's current Delay Repay terms before you
submit.
2. What we hold
2.1 To prepare a claim we keep, in your account: the journey record you
base the claim on, a snapshot of the claim text we drafted, and the
claim's status in your workspace.
2.2 We do not hold any decision on your claim and we do not receive the
operator's outcome.
3. Your choices
3.1 Drafting a claim is entirely optional and under your control. You can
delete a claim draft from your workspace at any time.
3.2 To ask what claim data we hold, or to have it removed, contact us at
