News Aggregation & Notice
_Last updated: 29 September 2026_
LopoRail publishes an aggregated railway news feed. This notice
explains where that content comes from, how it is credited, and how to ask for
a change or removal.
1. Where the news comes from
1.1 News items are gathered from third-party sources — railway operators,
industry publications and other public news channels — and presented in our
news feed alongside our own coverage.
1.2 Aggregated items are not authored by us. They are summaries and links;
the original publisher remains responsible for its content.
2. How items are credited
2.1 Every aggregated item names its source and links to the original article
by default.
2.2 We do not remove, obscure or alter the source credit, and we do not claim
authorship of aggregated material.
3. Corrections and removal
3.1 If you are the publisher or rights holder of an aggregated item and want
it corrected, updated or removed, contact us at [email protected] with the
item's link and the reason.
3.2 On a verified request we remove or correct the item, or — where
appropriate — adjust the credit or the link.
3.3 If you believe an item is inaccurate, tell us and we will review it
promptly; where a source corrects its own article, we update the item or
remove it.
4. Retention
4.1 Aggregated items are automatically removed from the feed after a set
retention window (currently around 90 days), after which they are deleted
from our systems. Removing your item earlier is always possible under §3.
5. External links
5.1 Links to original articles take you to third-party websites with their own
terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
