The LopoRail marketplace puts your products in front of a growing audience of railway enthusiasts, modellers and heritage supporters — people who arrive already looking for railway things. Verified sellers get a shop, buyer messaging and a Companies directory page. Verification comes first: confirm your identity and business details, and once verification is confirmed your account is approved and full selling rights begin.
Selling is subject to the Marketplace Vendor Verification Terms — verification is a condition of approval, with automated business and identity checks and human review only if a check does not pass. Approval, and full selling rights, follow confirmed verification.
How it works
From signup to selling
Create your free account
Sign up in minutes. No payment and no card — you only pay once you are approved and choose a plan.
Submit your business details
Tell us who you are: business name, Companies House number if you have one, and a photo of your ID with a quick selfie match — handled on your device, like face unlock. Nothing is stored on our servers. This starts your 7-day verification window.
Verification, then approval
Verification is a condition of approval. Limited and public companies are checked online against the official register, and we confirm the identity of the responsible individual and your core business details. We review complete submissions within 7 days and confirm the outcome — approval, and full selling rights, follow confirmation. If anything does not line up, our team reviews it by hand.
Pay and start selling
Once approved, your checkout link arrives by email — pay, and your shop unlocks with the Verified Seller badge. Until verification is confirmed an account is limited to a maximum of 10 live listings (enforced automatically); the cap lifts the moment verification is confirmed. If verification is not completed within the window your registration is not approved and lapses — you can reapply at any time.
